Courageous – this is the only term that can be used to signify the War Photographers.
Photography in itself is one the most creative art, War Photography surpasses all the big terms that can be used to represent art, courage and patience. War Photography is representation of armed combat and the current and real situations of war affected areas. The impact of War photography has always been huge right from the first time that it was actually practiced. It forces people to understand how terrible war actually is. It also inspires people to have hope in the worst of times. While the vast majority of war photography is of a terribly sad or violent nature, some photos have managed to capture joy in spite of adversity.
A War photographer does not have intention to stay at such a place where he can be shot any minute, where he can step on landmines any second, but still stays there to show the world some the most terrible of the situation to mankind. While there can be fame for the war photographer, there is much sacrifice, and pay may not be as lucrative as one would hope.
