US recognized the most world failed State Somalia But, does Washington knows the first beneficiaries:

Within couple of weeks or months the US state department will receive official letters from top leaders of Federal Government of Somalia. 

The letters are seeking and request US government to drop US Court trails against perpetrators of most war crimes and crimes against humanity in Somalia during 19i80s and 1990s incuidng Genral Mohamed Ali Samantar, Colonel Magan and Colonel Tuke. 

If US would agree the current Somali federal government request of dropping the US court cases against former brutal government of Siad Barre’s officials, then the Americans would be the evils on the earth
